Dear JunoHair,

I am writing to extend my gratitude and satisfaction with services at JunoHair on March 19 in Dongdaemun area, and especially stylist Park Ha. Me and my friend were planning to get new haircuts, but weren’t sure where to go. Being a foreigner and having limited Korean language skills, we were very concerned about communicating our requirements and understanding the proffered service to us. We were especially anxious on the end results of the hair cuts. The last thing we wanted was a disastrous hairstyle. Juno hair near the Dongdemun area was the within our easy access and armed with some positive online reviews we decided to try it out.

So we called and made a prior  appointment, to make sure that we are accepted on that day. Though we had to wait for about 20 minutes, the staff was very caring and attentive. They took our jackets, secured everything in the lockers, and brought us iPad so that we can look over some available haircuts. Shortly after that, Ms. Park Ha came to me and introduced herself. Even though communicating in English was hard for her, she tried her best to answer my questions. Her attitude and positive personality made me feel very comfortable. Later, a very courteous assistant took us to wash hair and we got a wonderful head massage, which was a very nice additional bonus. During the haircut, Ms. Park was giving me tips on how to take care of my hair, the best way to style it, and other useful information, that unfortunately many stylists don’t do. After getting my new haircut, I was offered some drinks, while I was waiting for my friend. My friend was also very impressed with the level of service and more to the fact that her hair stylist Ms. Yoo Eun Lee went out of her way to understand what she wanted and was able to style my friend’s hair exactly how she wanted it.

With this letter, I and my friend  would like to thank the company and especially the personnels for taking such a good care of us. Definitely, visiting JunoHair was a pleasant experience for both of us, and we plan to visit it again in the future and also suggest our other friends to try the services of JunoHair the next time they want their hair styled.
